9. Simulator Bookings Terms and Conditions
All bookings require advance payment at least one day prior to the event date before the session is confirmed. Due to the requirement of having a suitably trained instructor available to conduct your session, we advise bookings are made with 5 days notice to avoid disappointment.
The following terms apply to all simulator bookings:
Name Changes: Visitor names may be added or changed, but the deadline is 48 hours in advance. Name changes are free of charge.
Date Changes: The date may be changed up to 7 days before your visit. We regret that there is a fee of GBP 69.00 for date changes.
Cancellation: Simulator bookings are non-refundable if cancelled.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the time of your booking. As the start time cannot be delayed, we recommend that you allow sufficient time for any delays you may encounter en route.

One third of the course fee will be charged if you cancel more than 4 weeks before the course start date
Two thirds of the course fee will be charged if you cancel 1-4 weeks before the course start date
The full course fee will be charged if you cancel less than 1 week before the course start date
