British Airways recruiting newly qualified modular pilots for A320 fleet

British Airways has re-launched its Newly Qualified Pilot Pathway (NQPP) making it possible for low hours pilots with a UK licence to apply for a job with the carrier on its Airbus A320 fleet.

The NQPP was last available in 2019 and is now open to newly qualified pilots who have completed their training via a modular or integrated route.

To apply, candidates must have completed their training and be in possession of a UK Part-FCL licence. Successful candidates will join BA Euroflyer on the A320 fleet at London Gatwick.

The key application requirements are:

• ATPL Ground School average score of 85% or above, with no more than three resits

• First series pass in both CPL and ME-IR

• APS MCC

• aUPRT

• Must have completed all training and applied for UK Part-FCL licence with CAA

• No more than three training providers for the following stages of training: Ground School, CPL/IR, APS MCC (PPL, hour building and aUPRT is not included in the three training provider limit)
