Airbus rolls out first A320neo
Airbus has rolled out the first A320neo at a ceremony in Toulouse this morning. The aircraft, which carries the test registration F-WNEO, is fitted with Pratt & Whitney PW1100G engines.
Airbus is expecting to fly the A320neo for the first time in September, with airline deliveries starting in the fourth quarter of 2015. The company has already secured over 2,700 firm orders for the re-engined aircraft, which is also available wih the CFM Leap-1A as an engine option.
