Can I check my booking online?
Yes. Bookings can be accessed online via our website. Enter your email address and password in the correct cells under 'My Bookings', in the left hand, blue, options margin. If you experience any problems call Virtual Aviation on 0870 350 0747.
I have lost my confirmation email, how can I access my booking details?
Bookings can be accessed online via our website under 'My Bookings'. Enter your email address and password in the correct cells under 'My Bookings' in the left hand, blue, options margin. Details of your session can be accessed, and a map to the Training Centre will be available.
Can I make amendments to an existing booking?
Yes. Amendments can be made to the information of the booking such as passenger names or passport details of those entering the simulator, up to 3 days before the training session date, free of charge. These changes can be made online by accessing 'My Bookings'. Enter your email address and password in the correct cells under 'My Bookings', in the left hand, blue, options margin and select the edit function for the catagory you wish to amend.
Can I add a guest to my booking?
There is space in the simulator for three individuals. Should you wish anyone to join you for your training session, changes can be made to passenger details up to 3 days before the session, via the website. Please log in to 'My Bookings', in the left hand, blue, options margin and select the edit function for passenger details.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Regrettably, confirmed bookings are non-changeable and non-refundable.
