How do I make a booking?
You can check online availability and book a date via our website. You'll receive a £5.00 online booking discount for booking via our website. Enter your required aircraft type, location, and length of time you require in the simulator in the drop down menus under the 'Book Online' option at the top of the left hand, blue options margin on every web page.
We have a series of pre-booked dates available. However, the majority of our Simulator Assessment Preparation sessions are specially booked for the individual, often at short notice, so do not be alarmed if you cannot find any suitable available dates online. Please call a member of the Virtual Aviation Team on 0870 350 0747 and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
I cannot find any session times or dates suitable, how do I go about resolving this?

What payment methods can I use?
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch/Maestro, VISA Electron, JCB or cheque. Please note that if you are using an international card, you may have to contact your bank before the payment can be made due to card limits and restrictions.
Can I send you a cheque?
