I didn't expect such detail.

I would like to personally thank you and all the staff at Virtual Aviation for the lovely experience I had during my simulator session on the 12th of this month. I booked a four-hour session with you, at one of your London simulators to do my ATPL license upgrade. The simulator experience was performed in a very relaxed and professional manner. Both my Instructor and the other First Officer I was paired with were very friendly and helpful. Although the three of us came from different aviation backgrounds (minor differences in company SOPs and experience level), once inside the sim everything worked out like clockwork, as if we'd been flying together for ages. I have to also admit, I didn't expect such detail in the pre-sim briefing and the de-brief after the session was over. More than met my expectations

The booking process was quick and easy. The simulator session itself was very helpful. My instructor, Andy Morris, was very friendly and gave a thoroughpre-flight briefing and was very knowledgeable.
