How it Works
You will be able to make your Eleventh Hour booking a few days ahead, based on the schedule below. As it's a stand-by booking, we reserve the right to cancel your booking if we are required to, based on the schedule below.

The Small Print
- Eleventh hour bookings are available at the London Heathrow (BMI) Training Centre and the London Gatwick (OAA) Training Centre, subject to simulator availability.
- Available aircraft types include the A320, A330/A340, B737-300, B737-800 and B757/767.
- Confirmed bookings are non-changeable, and non-refundable if you cancel your booking.
- In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, you will be able to choose between receiving a full refund, or re-booking for another date (without the same last-minute timing restrictions). We regret that we cannot be held liable for out-of-pocket expenses such as hotel bookings or travel costs, etc.
