How long are Gift Vouchers valid for?
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You must book and take your experience prior to the validity date of you voucher. As dates book up quickly we recommend that you book at least 8 weeks in advance, although we advise you to book as early as possible to avoid dissapointment.
Can I extend the validity date of my Gift Voucher?
Yes. Gift Vouchers can be extended for a further 12 months subject to a charge of 25% of the cost of the original booking value. Please call a member of our team on 0870 350 0747 to extend your Gift Voucher validity date. Please Note: This service is only available if conducted prior to the expiration date of a Gift Voucher.
How do I redeem my voucher?
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed via our website by entering the Voucher code in the 'Redeem a Voucher' box in the left hand, blue, options margin.
Can I upgrade my voucher?
Yes, so long as a date has not yet been booked. The additional cost to upgrade can be paid and a new start date for the voucher is then created. Please see the Price List page for our full range of Experience options and prices.
Can I use my Gift Voucher at all available locations?
Yes. Gift Vouchers are valid for all simulators at all locations. Please see the Locations and Simulators page for a full list of options and for information about all of our available locations and each type of aircraft simulator.
Can I use my Gift Voucher for all aircraft types?
Yes, providing that the aircraft type you would like for your Flight Simulator Experience is available at the Simulator Training Centre of your choice, and corresponds with the value of your Gift Voucher. Please see the Locations and Simulators page for more information on our available locations and aircraft simulator fleet. Please Note: Only the most popular simulators at each location are used for 1-Hour Shared Experiences and 1-Hour Exclusive Experiences. The full range of simulators are only available to Exclusive Experiences of 2 hours or more.
Can I cancel a Gift Voucher?
Yes. If cancelled within 7 days of purchase you will be refunded the full cost of the Gift Voucher.
