If you have any questions which aren't answered here, please contact us.
What are the ID requirements?
All visitors require a valid passport which must be shown to security on arrival at the Training Centre. Pre-visit ID requirments differ for our training centres, so, for this reason it is VERY important that you check that you have given us the relevant information required by the training centre you'll be visiting, plenty of time in advance of your session. This information can be found in your confirmation email and also online via the 'My Bookings section of our website. Please see the Locations & Simulators page for further information.
Must I have a UK/EU Passport or are other passports valid?
For London Gatwick (CAE) training centre only, all visitors must have a valid UK or EU passport and you will need to provide us with your passport details (nationality, passport number and expiry date) at least 3 days before your visit. Other passports are acceptable forms of ID for the other simulators.
Is a passport the only form of ID I can use?
Yes. Passports are the only acceptable form of ID. Driving Licenses or other forms of ID will not be accepted, all visitors must have a valid passport which must be shown to security on arrival at the Training Centre in order to gain access.
Can I bring a camera or camcorder to my session?
No. The training centres have a strict 'no photography' policy, which we have to respect. Therefore, cameras and camcorders are banned, and mobile phones must be switched off on arrival. Please do not ask our pilots/staff to make exceptions, as they do not have the authority to do so. Please be aware that there are CCTV cameras inside the simulators and throughout the training centres.
