Planning your Visit

If you have any questions which aren't answered here, please contact us.

How do I get to the centre?

You will receive a map attachement with your confirmation email explaining how to reach the Training Centre. A map to the training centre and information can also be accessed by logging in to 'My bookings' via our website in the left hand, blue, options margin. Please note: Often our mail can find its way into junk folders, so please check all possible locations in your mail system.

What methods of public transport are available to get me to the centre?

Public transport facilities often change at all of our Training Centres to provide a better service, and availability is highly dependant on your direction of travel.  For up to date information regarding travel to the Training Centre please log in to 'My bookings' via our website where you can find all the information you need. Please Note: You are required to arrive at the Training Centre 20 to 30 minutes prior to your session commences, please allow for possible delays in your journey time.

Can I bring friends or family members with me?

If you book an Exclusive Experience you are permitted to bring up to three guests with you, and they can either share the flying time, or observe as ‘passengers’. If you book a Shared Experience you are not able to bring guests, either to the Training Centre or to join you in the simulator, as the experience is ‘shared’ with two other customers. Unfortunately due to the nature of our Training Centres, they have strict security measures in place and no waiting facilities are available for other members of the public.

Is there a minimum or maximum age requirement?

The minimum age for all visitors is 12. We regret that we cannot make any exceptions to this rule. There is no maximum age limit. Unfortunately, as the simulators are accessed via a narrow stairway vistors are required to have a suitable level of mobility.

Can I bring a camera or camcorder to my session?

No. The training centres have a strict 'no photography' policy, which we have to respect. Therefore, cameras and camcorders are banned, and mobile phones must be switched off on arrival. Please do not ask our pilots/staff to make exceptions, as they do not have the authority to do so. Please be aware that there are CCTV cameras inside the simulators and throughout the training centres.
