Can I check my booking online?
Yes. Bookings can be accessed online via our website. Enter your email address and password in the correct cells under 'My Bookings', in the left hand, blue, options margin. If you experience any problems call Virtual Aviation on 0870 350 0747.
I have lost my confirmation email, how can I access my booking details?
Bookings can be accessed online via our website under 'My bookings'. Enter your email address and password in the correct cells under 'My Bookings' in the left hand, blue, options margin. If you experience any problems or require additional assistance please call the Virtual Aviation team on 0870 350 0747.
Can I make ammendments to an existing booking?
Yes. Ammendments can be made to the information of the booking such as passenger names or passport details of those entering the simulator, up to 3 days before the Experience date, free of charge. These changes can be made online by accessing 'My Bookings'. Enter your email address and password in the correct cells under 'My Bookings', in the left hand, blue, options margin and select the edit function for the catagory you wish to ammend. If you experience any problems please call a member of the Virtual Aviation team on 0870 350 0747 for further assistance.
Can I make changes to the date, time, location or aircraft type?
If you have booked a 1-Hour Shared Experience or a 1-Hour Exclusive Experience, then yes. Changes to the booking such as the location, date or time of the session can be made up to 28 days before the Experience date, subject to availability and a charge of 10% of the booking cost. For any changes of this nature please call a member of the Virtual Aviation team on 0870 350 0747 for assistance. Unfortunately, changes of this nature cannot be made to 2 or 4-Hour Exclusive Experiences.
Can I add another guest to my booking?
If you have booked an Exclusive Experience you can add up to a total of two guests who can either share the flying time, or observe as ‘passengers’. Guests can be added free of charge and up to 3 days before the Experience date. Changes can be made to passenger details via the website under 'My bookings', in the left hand, blue, options margin and selecting the edit function for passenger details. Can I cancel a Flight Simulator Experience?
Bookings can be cancelled but confirmed dates are non-refundable. However, it is possible to make changes to the date, time and location of an Experience up to 28 days prior to the date booked. For any changes please call a member of the Virtual Aviation team on 0870 350 0747 for assistance.
