How do I make a booking?
You can book a date or buy Gift Voucher online via our website and receive a £5 online booking discount. Alternatively you can check availability online and call a member of the Virtual Aviation Team who will be happy to help with your request.
How do I book online?
Bookings can be made online via our website by entering your selected experience type, required location, and simulator types in the drop down menus under the 'Book Online' option, in the left hand, blue, options margin. This will give you our range of available dates from which you can make a selection. If you experience any problems or cannot see a date or time suitable please call Virtual Aviation on 0870 350 0747 and our team will do their best to make arrangements to suit you. Alternatively, book an open-dated gift voucher. Please see the Gift Vouchers page.
How do I book over the phone?
Please call a member of our friendly office team on 0870 350 0747 and we will be happy to take your booking. Please Note: Should you choose to book online you will receive the available £5 online booking discount.
I cannot find any session times or dates suitable, how do I go about resolving this?
Dates and times often fill up very quickly but further dates and times are continually added. Please do not hesitate to call the Virtual Aviation Team on 0870 350 0747 and we will do our best to resolve this problem and make arrangements for you.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch/Maestro, VISA Electron, JCB or cheque.
Can I send you a cheque?
Yes. However, a date cannot be booked either fully or provisionally until payment is received. For further assistance with this please call a member of the Virtual Aviation Team on 0870 350 0747.
Are discounts available?
Yes. Customers booking Flight Simulator Experiences via our website recieve a £5 online booking discount. Also on occasion discounted last minute offers may become available to purchase on our website. If there is no availability for last minute offers you can join our mailing list and we will notify you when offers become available.
