Important Checklist
Before your visit, use this checklist to make sure you're fully prepared... 

1) Log in to 'My Bookings' to view your booking details and check they're correct.

Also make sure the contact name and telephone number/s in the Booking Contact section are accurate, just in case we need to contact you. If necessary, you can add or change visitor names up to 72 hours (3 days) before your visit.

2) Print a map and plan your journey.

There was a PDF map attached to your booking confirmation email but if you no longer have it you can also log in to 'My Bookings' at any time to view your booking and print out a map. The start time cannot be delayed so it's important to allow enough time for any delays you may encounter en route. There is free car parking at each of the Training Centres.

3) Find your passport and check it's valid.

Nobody can enter the Training Centres without a valid passport, so don't forget! Pre-visit ID requirements differ for our training centres, so, for this reason it is VERY important that you check that you have given us the relevant information required by the training centre you'll be visiting plenty of time in advance of your session. This information can be found in your confirmation email and also online - just go to 'My Bookings' to view your booking and enter the required passport details in the Visitor Names section.

Please Note: The Training Centres have a strict 'no photography' policy so cameras and camcorders are not permitted, and mobile phones must be switched off on arrival.
