At Virtual Aviation, small corporate groups can experience the demands of working together as part of a cockpit crew, piloting a full-motion flight simulator usually reserved for training commercial airline pilots. During the time in the simulator, one of Virtual Aviation's team of experienced current airline pilots will put the team through a series of challenging scenarios, testing teamwork and adaptability.
It can be highly interesting to put all individuals on par - whether managing directors, senior supervisors or general staff - and see how a team stripped back to basics works well together and adapts to the challenging situations we put them in. The activity can improve communications, develop employee motivation, challenge individual mental agility, intelligence and response, collectively enhancing performance and building a team that works effectively and efficiently together to acheive a common understanding and commitment to shared goals.
