Can I check my booking online?
Yes. Bookings can be accessed online via our website. Enter your email address and password in the correct cells under 'My Bookings', in the left hand, blue, options margin. If you experience any problems call Virtual Aviation on (0870) 350 0747.
I have lost my confirmation email, how can I access my booking details?
Bookings can be accessed online via our website under 'My bookings'. Enter your email address and password in the correct cells under 'My Bookings' in the left hand, blue, options margin. Details of your session can be accessed, and a map to the Training Centre will be available.
Can I add a guest to my booking?
There is space in the simulator for you to bring 1 guest. Should you wish anyone to join you for your Fear of Flying session, changes can be made to passenger details up to 3 days before the session, via the website. Please log in to 'My bookings', in the left hand, blue, options margin and select the edit function for passenger details. All passengers require a valid passport at the time of the session, and, for certain training centres there are strict pre-visit ID requirements so please check your confirmation email carefully well in advance of your session, in order to provide us with this information. Unfortunately due to strict regulations at the Training Centres there are no waiting facilities for anyone who is not due for a session in the simulator. Please Note: For Fear of Flying courses please let the office know of any guest changes you wish to make. You may find it beneficial to discuss guest arrangements with Susie beforehand.
