How do I make a booking?
Fear of Flying sessions are specially booked on request for the individual. The booking process begins by talking to Susie, our Fear of Flying course Director. At this stage you are under no obligation to come on a course with us. Susie will discuss what the course entails and your concerns about flying. As each case is very different we realise that not all methods work for all individuals and at this stage, it is possible to make a decision as to whether the course is suitable for you or not. We understand that the important thing is that you have to be ready to do something about your fear using your chosen method, when the time is right for you.
Once it comes to the booking stage, a time, date and location will be booked to suit you. Please call Susie or another member of the Virtual Aviation team on (0870) 350 0767 for further information or to make a booking.
I cannot find any session times or dates suitable, how do I go about resolving this?
Our Fear of Flying courses are not pre-arranged they are booked on request to suit the individual. Please call Susie, the Fear of Flying Course Director on (0870) 350 0767 for further assistance.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch/Maestro, VISA Electron, JCB or cheque.
Can I send you a cheque?
Yes. However, a date cannot be booked either fully or provisionally until payment is received and cleared. For further assistance with this please call a member of the Virtual Aviation Team on (0870) 350 0767.
Can children with a fear of flying come on the course?
Officially the minimum age is 18, however we have worked successfully with children, the youngest being 9 years old. Care is taken to assess each individual case in conversation with the parent(s), the child, and sometimes we also seek medical opinion. It is very important to the success of the course that children are willing to come and are not being put under pressure to attend a course. Due to age restrictions, childrens courses are only available at certain Training Centres.
