TRAINING CENTRE INFORMATION AND MAP

We operate within professional airline training centres which have strict security procedures for all visitors, so please read this information carefully to ensure your visit is trouble-free.

Important Notice

The signage on the Training Centre is BMI (not Virtual Aviation) and there is no Virtual Aviation office within the Training Centre. The Training Centre is a high-security facility which is not open to the general public. To gain entry, you must have a confirmed simulator booking and the required ID.

Before Your Visit

Please read your booking confirmation email carefully. As some of the details may have changed since you originally booked, please also be sure to log-in to your account and view your up-to-date booking details.

Once you are logged in you will be able to view the date, time, and location of your booking, and also the names confirmed as attending. You will also be able to view the restrictions and conditions (such as ID requirements) which apply to your booking.

Only the individuals who are named on the booking and carrying the required ID will be allowed into the Training Centre, and anyone else will be refused entry.

There is free car parking available at the Training Centre. Please be sure to allow sufficient time for any delays you may encounter en-route, as the start time cannot be delayed and latecomers may forfeit all or part of their booking.

If you have any questions before your visit, please send an email to info@virtualaviation.co.uk quoting your booking reference, or call us on 0370 350 0747 during office hours (Mon-Fri, 9.00-5.30). Outside office hours, your call will be diverted to the duty manager's mobile phone at no extra cost to you.
